The person behind AbsolutelyCoaching is me, Andreas Kömmling, business trainer & coach in the fields of leadership, communi-cation and conflict, based in Witten, Germany.
My background has many facets. An early entrepreneurial horizon. A business education (Diplom-Kaufmann & MBA). Longstanding management experience in international finance. Business and personal travel to as well as residency in a multitude of countries.
A combination of western and eastern disciplines, like Aikido, Coaching, Creativity, Leadership Training, Meditation and Philosophy.
Training as a Co-Active Coach and a Co-Active Leader at The Coaches Training Institute as well as Coach Member at the International Coach Federation, whose Ethical Standards I conform to.
